As an event coordinator, Becca’s main goal is to allow the hosts to enjoy their big day by ensuring everything runs smoothly from pre-planning, through day of, and clean-up afterwards.

“Becca was an amazing taskmaster. We planned our wedding ourselves: did the flower arrangements ourselves, organized over 20 musicians ourselves, and did all of the decor ourselves. I cannot stress enough that this WOULD NOT have happened without Becca. She went above and beyond the call of duty as a day of coordinator.

We met a few times before the day of, constantly edited and re-edited the schedule, constantly updated what and who needed to go where and when, and she met all of these things with a smile and took each extra thing we threw at her as a challenge. She coordinated, she transported items, organized large groups of people, and kept US on track. She kept everything on the schedule locked, but was also extremely flexible and able to think on her feet and make quick decisions. We absolutely could not have taken on this ENORMOUS task without her.
